Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1 small tomato, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Aleppo pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 2 basil leaves, torn into small pieces
Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Prep the veggies by slicing the tomato and tearing the basil leaves.
- Add olive oil to the warm toast for even distribution.
- Spread the cottage cheese over the toast, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Layer the tomato slices on top of the cottage cheese.
- Season with salt, everything bagel seasoning, Aleppo pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Finish with torn basil leaves just before serving.
- Serve and enjoy while warm and crispy.
