A fun twist on classic grilled cheese featuring gooey melted cheese and sweet blueberries.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread (whole grain, sourdough, or white)
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer shredded cheese and fresh blueberries on the unbuttered side of one slice, drizzle with honey if desired, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, ensuring the buttered side is facing up.
- Cook in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Plate your sandwich and enjoy warm!

Feel free to use gluten-free bread or mix different cheeses for added flavor.
