Ingredients
- Crusty bread (like ciabatta or focaccia)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Roasted red peppers
- Shredded chicken (store-bought or homemade)
- Garlic pesto
Instructions
- Preheat your panini press or grill to medium heat.
- Slice the crusty bread into thick pieces and spread a generous layer of garlic pesto on one side of each slice.
- Take two slices of bread and layer them with shredded chicken, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella cheese.
- Close the sandwich by placing the pesto side of another slice of bread on top of the filling.
- Carefully place the sandwich into your preheated panini press or on the grill.
- Cook for about 3-5 minutes, until the bread is golden brown, and the cheese is perfectly melted.
- Remove from heat, slice into halves or quarters, and serve warm!
