Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Slice your chicken breasts, bell peppers, and onion; mince the garlic.
- Season the Chicken: Coat the chicken strips with fajita seasonings.
- Sauté the Veggies: Softening the onion and bell peppers in your Instant Pot.
- Add Chicken and Seasonings: Lightly brown the chicken.
- Deglaze and Pressure Cook: Add broth and lime juice, then cook under pressure.
- Release and Serve: Quick release, stir, then it’s ready to assemble in tortillas!
Notes
For a plant-based version, substitute chicken with tofu. Marinate the chicken for deeper flavor if time allows.
