- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Combine the shredded imitation crab, sweet corn, diced celery, diced bell pepper, and diced red onion in a large bowl.
- Mix together the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a separate small bowl until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the crab mixture. Stir gently until everything is well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust as desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
