Description

A sweet and spicy dish combining crispy chicken wings with a tantalizing hot honey glaze made from peach preserves and hot sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying (if frying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if you plan to bake the wings, or heat vegetable oil in a fryer for crispy fried wings.
  2. Combine the peach preserves, paprika, minced garlic, soy sauce, and hot sauce in a mixing bowl, stirring until well combined.
  3. Season the chicken wings generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Coat each wing evenly with the sauce mixture.
  5. If baking, place the wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, turning them halfway through. If frying, fry them until crispy and cooked through.
  6. For extra flavor, toss the finished wings in the remaining sauce before serving.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your mouthwatering hot honey wings!

Notes

For extra crispy skin, ensure wings are thoroughly dry before coating. Marinating the wings in the sauce deepens flavors.
