Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the tops remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. For longer storage, freeze them in a single layer, separated by parchment paper, for up to three months.
