Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl to create a marinade.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly in the sauce.
  4. For grilling: Arrange the wings on the preheated grill. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and charred. For baking: Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  5. Remove from heat and let the wings rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve warm and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
