- 1/3 cup sriracha sauce

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly in the sauce.
- For grilling: Arrange the wings on the preheated grill. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and charred. For baking: Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Remove from heat and let the wings rest for a few minutes.
- Serve warm and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, pat them dry before coating. Marinate wings ahead for deeper flavor.
