Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the butter mixture, alternating with milk.
- Divide the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.

- Make the frosting by beating softened butter, then adding powdered sugar and honey until smooth.
- Assemble the cake with layers of peach preserves and honey buttercream.
