Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Brown rice
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 Lime
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Whisk together honey and soy sauce in a small bowl until well combined.
  3. Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned salmon in the skillet, cooking for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Prepare brown rice according to package instructions while the salmon cooks.
  6. Slice your avocado and cucumber, setting them aside for assembly.
  7. Mix chopped cilantro with lime juice and a pinch of salt in another bowl for dressing.
  8. Layer brown rice in a bowl, top with honey-glazed salmon, sliced avocado, and cucumber. Drizzle with cilantro lime dressing.
  9. Savor every bite!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Reheat gently to avoid overcooking the salmon.
