Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Wash the baby potatoes and slice them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, melt the butter and whisk it together with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the halved potatoes in the butter mixture until theyโ€™re evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
