Description

Juicy steak kabobs glazed in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, perfect for barbecues or quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye, cut into cubes)
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 bell pepper (cut into squares)
  • 1 onion (cut into squares)
  • 1 zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the steak cubes and teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated steak, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating the ingredients for a colorful presentation.
  4. Season the kabobs with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the veggies are tender.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade kabobs!

Notes

For a delicious twist, try adding chili flakes to the marinade or packing extra veggies on the skewers!
