- Skewers (soaked if wooden)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, making sure it’s ready for those kabobs.
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a flavorful marinade.
- Add the steak cubes to the bowl and toss them well to ensure they are evenly coated with the marinade.
