Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper (cut into cubes)
  • 1 onion (cut into cubes)

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (or your choice of seasoning)
  • Skewers (soaked if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, making sure it’s ready for those kabobs.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a flavorful marinade.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the bowl and toss them well to ensure they are evenly coated with the marinade.
