Description

A refreshing and nutritious snack made with creamy yogurt and juicy blueberries, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or your yogurt of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon.
  4. Press a few blueberries into each dollop of yogurt.
  5. Pop the baking sheet into the freezer and let the clusters freeze for about 120-180 minutes, or until solid.
  6. Remove them from the baking sheet once frozen and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For best results, avoid clustering the yogurt dollops too closely together during freezing.
