Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the oats and almond butter.
  3. Mix in your sweetener and salt, along with the vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the nuts and dried fruit until everything is well distributed.
  5. Spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
