Description

Juicy beef patties with sweet grilled pineapple and savory teriyaki sauce, perfect for summer grilling.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
  • 4 pineapple rings (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • Fresh lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Optional: cheese slices, spicy mayo

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the patties by mixing ground beef with salt, pepper, and teriyaki sauce.
  3. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, adding cheese in the last minute if desired.
  4. Grill the pineapple rings for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized.
  5. Toast the brioche buns for 1-2 minutes on the grill.
  6. Assemble the burgers with condiments, patties, grilled pineapple, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  7. Serve and enjoy with sides like sweet potato fries.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate the patties in teriyaki sauce for a few hours or overnight. Clean grill grates for best results.
