- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Whisk together the sweet rice flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Stir together the coconut milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing; some lumps are okay.
- Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
