Description

A no-bake Halloween Icebox Cake made with layers of Oreo cookies and fluffy whipped cream, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the cream along with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In a rectangular dish, start layering: place a single layer of Oreo cookies at the bottom, followed by a generous layer of the whipped cream mix.
  3. Repeat the layering process, alternating between cookies and whipped cream, until youโ€™ve used up all your ingredients.
  4. Finish with a thick layer of whipped cream on top.
  5. Cover your dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (4 hours), overnight is better.
  6. When youโ€™re ready to serve, slice into the cake and delight in the delicious, layered goodness!

Notes

Great topped with crushed Oreos, candy corn, or gummy worms for seasonal flair.
