- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Yellow food coloring
- Orange food coloring
- Sprinkle of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Divide the melted mixture into three separate bowls.
- Mix yellow food coloring into the second bowl and orange food coloring into the third bowl.
- Pour the white layer into the prepared pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Add the yellow layer over the white layer and freeze for another 15 minutes.
- Spread the orange layer over the yellow layer and freeze until completely set, about 2 hours.
- Cut the fudge into triangles, sprinkle with sea salt, and enjoy!
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use plant-based chocolate chips and non-dairy condensed milk. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks or in the freezer for a month.
