Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add the spices: chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure even seasoning.
- Combine the cooked rice, black beans, salsa, and the turkey mixture in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
