- 2 teaspoons ground coriander

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups cooked rice or quinoa
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces with a spoon.
- Season the mixture with cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Layer your cooked rice or quinoa in serving bowls, then top with the seasoned beef, diced tomatoes, chopped cucumber, and a drizzle of tahini sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
