  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  2. Place the shrimp in the bowl and marinate them for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp and pineapple chunks onto the skewers, alternating between each.
  5. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Notes

For best results, soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
