Description
A hearty and satisfying Grilled Steak Bowl with tender steak, fluffy quinoa, and grilled zucchini, topped with a rich creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- Steak (your choice: flank, sirloin, or ribeye)
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season your steak generously with salt and pepper, then grill it to your desired doneness—medium-rare is usually perfect!
- While the steak is grilling, cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Fluff it up with a fork when it’s done.
- Slice the zucchini into even rounds and grill until tender and slightly charred, which should take about 3-5 minutes on each side.
- In a skillet, warm some olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens to your liking.
- Assemble your bowl: start with a base of fluffy quinoa topped with slices of juicy steak and grilled zucchini. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over everything.
- Serve warm, and enjoy your delicious creation!
Notes
Consider garnishing with fresh herbs, feta cheese, or a wedge of lemon for added flavor.
