- 4 Fresh peaches
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Butter (optional)
- Vanilla ice cream or yogurt (for serving, if desired)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the peaches by slicing them in half and removing the pits.
- Brush the cut sides lightly with melted butter if using.
- Sprinkle the cut sides with brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Close the lid and grill for about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the peaches over and grill for another 3-4 minutes, until they’re tender and have grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
Notes
Optional additions include honey instead of brown sugar or nutmeg for extra flavor. Pair with grilled meats or a refreshing salad for a delightful meal.
