Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Nectarines
  • 8 oz Burrata cheese

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

  3. Grill the nectarines cut side down for about 3-4 minutes until beautiful grill marks appear.
  4. Remove from the grill and arrange them on a serving platter, cut side up.
  5. Tear the burrata cheese and place it generously in the center of the grilled nectarines.
  6. Drizzle with honey, and if you like, add fresh basil leaves on top.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy this delightful medley of flavors!

Notes

Choose ripe nectarines for best flavor. Serve with toasted bread or a fresh green salad.
