Description

A fresh and flavorful recipe for grilled fish tacos topped with spicy mayo and pico de gallo, perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
  • Soft tortillas
  • Spicy mayo (a mix of mayonnaise and hot sauce)
  • Fresh tomatoes (diced)
  • Onion (diced)
  • Cilantro (chopped)
  • Lime (juiced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. While it’s heating up, season your fish fillets generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned fish fillets on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is fully cooked and flaky.
  3. Create your pico de gallo by mixing diced tomatoes, onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and slightly toasted.
  5. Assemble your tacos by placing a piece of grilled fish on each tortilla, drizzling with spicy mayo, and topping with pico de gallo.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can add your favorite herbs or switch up the fish type. Marinating the fish beforehand enhances flavor.
