Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the eggs, honey, sugar, olive oil, Greek yogurt, and orange zest in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the surface evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
