Instructions
- Make the marinade: In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Marinate the chicken: Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they’re evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for deeper flavor).
- Prep for cooking: Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the chicken: Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece for even cooking.
