- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package potsticker wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Dipping sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, etc.)
Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, ginger, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each potsticker wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper lightly with water, then fold it over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the potstickers to the shimmering oil and fry until golden brown, around 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Carefully add a small amount of water to the pan (about ¼ cup), cover it immediately, and allow it to steam for about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
