Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 package potsticker wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Dipping sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, ginger, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated.
  2. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each potsticker wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper lightly with water, then fold it over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  4. Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the potstickers to the shimmering oil and fry until golden brown, around 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Carefully add a small amount of water to the pan (about ¼ cup), cover it immediately, and allow it to steam for about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
