Description

A quick and flavorful sauté combining crispy cauliflower and earthy mushrooms with aromatic garlic.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced (white or cremini)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they begin to get crispy, stirring occasionally.
  3. Toss in the sliced mushrooms and continue to sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.

Notes

Cut cauliflower florets to a uniform size for even cooking. For a creative twist, add nuts or try different vegetables.
