- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced (white or cremini)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they begin to get crispy, stirring occasionally.
- Toss in the sliced mushrooms and continue to sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
Notes
Cut cauliflower florets to a uniform size for even cooking. For a creative twist, add nuts or try different vegetables.
