Instructions
- Begin by melting the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- If you enjoy a bit of heat, sprinkle in the red pepper flakes and stir.
- Add the peeled shrimp to the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour in the white wine (or chicken broth) and squeeze in the fresh lemon juice, stirring to combine.
- Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Stir in the fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
