Description

Delicious Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites that are easy to make and perfect for a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Using a spoon or scoop, place small portions of the mixture onto the prepared tray.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top or drizzle melted dark chocolate over the bites.
  5. Freeze for about 120-180 minutes until firm.
  6. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container for storage in the freezer.

Notes

For best results, ensure your peanut butter is well-mixed and try using mini muffin tins for bite-sized pops.
