Delicious Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites that are easy to make and perfect for a guilt-free dessert.

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Using a spoon or scoop, place small portions of the mixture onto the prepared tray.
- If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top or drizzle melted dark chocolate over the bites.
- Freeze for about 120-180 minutes until firm.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container for storage in the freezer.
Notes
For best results, ensure your peanut butter is well-mixed and try using mini muffin tins for bite-sized pops.
