Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a mixture of buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the French toast mixture by whisking together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Cook the marinated chicken by dredging it in flour, dipping it back in the buttermilk, and coating with breadcrumbs before frying in a skillet until golden brown.
