Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing in the vanilla extract and maple syrup.
  5. Combine the dry mixture with the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden around the edges.
  8. Cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
