Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • 2 cups crispy fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, and French onion dip. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the dish is heated through and bubbly.
  5. Remove the casserole from the oven and top it with crispy fried onions.
  6. Return it to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy the moment!

Notes

Thaw the hash browns before mixing for even baking and add seasonings as desired.
