Description

Comforting French Dip Sliders filled with savory roast beef, caramelized onions, and melted cheese, served with warm au jus for dipping.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef, sliced thin
  • Caramelized onions
  • Swiss or provolone cheese
  • Prepared au jus or beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer slices of roast beef generously onto the buns.
  4. Top the beef with caramelized onions and a slice of cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the fillings.
  6. Warm the au jus in a small saucepan, then pour it into small bowls for dipping.
  7. Bake the sliders in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
  8. Serve the sliders with warm au jus on the side.
