Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool in a large bowl.
- Toss it with crumbled feta, dried cranberries, and walnuts if you’re using them.
- Whisk together the orange juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
