- 1 cup espresso chips
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture gradually, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the espresso chips and chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Drop rounded portions of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are set, keeping centers soft.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
