Instructions
- Combine the yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl to form the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs, coating them thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and allow excess to drip off. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Marinate longer for deeper flavor. You can substitute Greek yogurt or skinless chicken breasts if desired.
