Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Combine the flour, salt, and instant yeast in a large bowl.
- Pour in warm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and divide into small pieces.
- Shape each piece gently into rolls without deflating too much.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Store leftover rolls in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
