Description

Freshly baked ciabatta rolls that are light, airy, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, salt, and instant yeast in a large bowl.
  2. Pour in warm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and divide into small pieces.
  6. Shape each piece gently into rolls without deflating too much.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
  9. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Store leftover rolls in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
