Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Slice the polenta into rounds or slabs and layer it over the sauce.
- Add a layer of mixed vegetables, followed by a layer of cheese.
- Repeat these layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and optional Italian herbs.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
