- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until they soften and become fragrant.
- Introduce the lamb cubes to the pot, browning them on all sides.
- Stir in the cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and ground walnuts. Mix well to combine.
- Pour in the pomegranate molasses and broth, then season with salt and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cover. Cook until the lamb is tender, about 90 to 120 minutes.
- Serve the stew warm alongside fluffy golden rice.
