- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 2–3 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the chopped cauliflower, diced jalapenos, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle bacon bits on top if using, then bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
