Ingredients

  • 23 jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the chopped cauliflower, diced jalapenos, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
