Instructions
- Heat a generous drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced Italian sausage to the hot skillet, cooking until browned on all sides.
- Once the sausage is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté until they are softened and fragrant.
