Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, and yellow)
  • 1 onion (sweet or yellow)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat a generous drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced Italian sausage to the hot skillet, cooking until browned on all sides.
  3. Once the sausage is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté until they are softened and fragrant.
