- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Prepare the lobster tails: cut the top of the shell down the center with kitchen shears.
- Combine melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place the lobster tails on the steam rack of the Instant Pot, making sure they’re elevated above the water.
- Pour in 1 cup of water to create steam during cooking.
- Brush the lobster tails generously with your prepared butter mixture.
- Close the Instant Pot lid securely and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 3-5 minutes.
- Perform a quick release by turning the valve to venting once cooking is complete.
- Remove the lobster tails using tongs and transfer them to a plate. Serve immediately with remaining melted butter for dipping.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with the butter mixture by adding herbs like parsley or thyme for additional flavor.
