- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4–6 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the cabbage head into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute, until fragrant.
- Arrange the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet and generously brush them with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on top to taste.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for crispy finish.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
