Description

A quick and healthy baked salmon dish drizzled with a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 Lemon (juice and slices)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your salmon fillets on it.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each fillet.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with lemon slices and fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze wrapped tightly in freezer-safe packaging for up to 3 months.
