Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, stirring often.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green.
- Incorporate the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sugar, stirring well.
