Description

A comforting and creamy salmon dish with fresh spinach that’s quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Carefully remove the salmon and set aside on a plate.
  5. In the same skillet, add the spinach and cook until just wilted, around 2 minutes.
  6. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste, mixing until combined.
  8. Return the salmon to the skillet and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes to meld all the flavors together.
  9. Serve immediately while it’s hot and creamy.

Notes

Pairs well with rice, mashed potatoes, or zucchini noodles. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
