- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups warm water

Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the masarepa and a pinch of salt. Gradually pour in warm water, mixing until a dough forms.
- Incorporate Cheese: Gently fold in the grated mozzarella and melted butter until everything is well blended.
- Shape the Arepas: Divide the dough into equal portions, and shape each into a round disc, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat Cooking Surface: Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat until it’s hot.
- Cook Arepas: Place your shaped arepas on the hot surface. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and develop a slight crisp.
